Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for all registrations cancelled prior to September 19, 2023. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference start date, with the following exceptions:

Death in the Family – Provide written notification – When approved, a full refund will be made.

Medical Reason – Provide a letter from your Attending Physician stating the reason preventing your attendance at the Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee will be refunded.

Natural Disaster – Provide a letter indicating the circumstances preventing your attendance at the Virtual Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee will be refunded.

All cancellation notifications should be sent to: contact@bcimgt.com Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of any approved refund. Sunrise NPPA Derm reserves the right to cancel the Conference up to four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Payment by Credit Card

All credit card charges relating to Conference will be made to the Sunrise NPPA Derm, your credit card statement will reflect as such. If you are using a company credit card please provide your employer with this information. Please do not dispute this charge, as it will invalidate your Registration. Checks are NOT accepted as payment for the Sunrise Conference Registration.
